This event is open to anyone wanting to help make Rock better! Bugs can stay unnoticed in Github for a long period of time - they're either not confirmed or are missing important information to get them in developers' hands. Our goal for the day is to help verify, classify, and eliminate bugs. So whether you're a Rock user, or C# developer we'd be greatful for your help! Bugapalooza kicks off at 9AM EST and will continue through the day as we eliminate as many bugs as possible. Feel free to jump in and out as your schedule permits.
Throughout the event you'll have opportunities to connect with other community members and the Rock Core team as we collaborate to improve Rock.
We have a brand new issue here that needs to be classified with a label as either:
These issues have been labeled as bugs, but before developers can look at them we need someone to confirm they are real. It's best to reproduce the issue on the demo or prealpha site. The submitter should have provided steps to reproduce the issue. If not, feel free to push back.
Once issues have been classified and confirmed, the core team will assign a community developer to create a PR fix or to verify a PR fix. Let us know in the #bugapalooza channel if you're ready to be assigned an issue to tackle.
Want to get involved in this event? Sign up below and join the #bugapalooza channel in Chat. We'll see you on October 24 starting at 9AM EDT!
