Amy and her husband Chris enjoy spending time with their three beautiful children Hannah(20), Trevor(18) and Caden (15). Amy lead a rapid implementation of Rock four years ago and continues to find new ways to utilize Rock in the ministry of The Compass Church.
Andrew graduated with a school of informatics degree specializing in web design and sound production from IUPUI in Indianapolis. He had several positions in the secular world since then, varying from photography to print design, web design, and web development. He's learned so much about Rock and absolutely loves it and is super excited for where it’s going.
Austin oversees the church’s finance, HR, Technology, Communications and buildings functions. Austin and his wife, Sarah, have one child.. Austin is passionate about using processes, systems and technology to help people come to know Jesus and mature in their relationship with him.
Bayne Hulburt is an associate pastor and music director at River Pointe Church with 11 years spent on staff. He oversaw their Rock migration 5 years ago and continues to oversee their Rock environment, as well as most of their other digital systems. Don’t be fooled, most of the heavy lifting is handled by their Rock partner, but they make Bayne look really good.
Bob Rufenacht was on staff at Mountain Christian Church in Joppa, MD, for 18 years serving as Business Administrator, Technical Arts Pastor and IT Director. He has been working with Rock for 5 years and is a currently a Senior Developer with BEMA Software Services helping churches implement Rock.
Brandi was born and raised in Scottsdale Arizona and has always loved the sun, but needed some beach to go along with it. She currently serves as the Director of IT Apps and Development for Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She stewards all things Rock, the CF Mobile App and Website as well as all reporting, data analysis and visualization. Brandi loves to go fishing with her husband, spending time with her daughter Marley who is 15 and the 2 Dogs (Indie and Tanner).
Brent loves God, his wife, his 3 kids, the Church, and tech... usually in the right order (add in some podcasts and hockey for good measure). With over 20 years in ministry, he's been a part of CedarCreek Church in NW Ohio growing from a dozen people in a house to the 6 campuses it has today. With a B.S. in Visual Communication Technology, he has a history of video editing, live production, website design, and currently serves as CedarCreek's Senior Director of Information Technology.
Brian has served at ONE&ALL Church in various production, communications and IT roles over the last 15 years. He is the proud husband to Megan and father to Berkley (6) and Chloe (4). Some of his favorite things to do with his free time are to play at the park with his daughters and fiddle around with technology (mostly Rock).
Brian has served on the Technology team at NewSpring Church since May of 2013 and is passionate about leveraging technology to help people connect to Jesus and each other. He lives in Clemson, SC with his wife Danielle, son Baylor, and a daughter arriving in May 2022. He enjoys learning new things, solving challenging problems with a team, photography, and being outside.
Carolyn has spent the last 10+ years helping churches better connect to their audience through technology, for the sake of deeper engagement, more meaningful impact, further reach, and increased efficiency. She enjoys traveling the country to see friends and family. She's an avid lover of the National Parks, mountains and Orca whales.
Catie has been on staff at Woodmen for 7 years, following 5+ years of web & WordPress development, and has served as IT Director for the past 4 years. She is passionate about shepherding the “flock” of staff members and ministry partners at

Chuck was a Software Engineer at Southeast Christian Church for 6 years and spent the last year at Subsplash where he’s currently a Software Engineering Manager. He has a background in web application development and is familiar with an assortment of languages including PHP, Java, and C#. He spends his time away from the office with his wife and four kids and loves camping and snowboarding.
Courtney is a software engineer based in Cheyenne, WY. She has two dogs, Rex and Loki. Courtney enjoy snowboarding, skating, and MMA.
Danielle is the Database Specialist at Christ the King Church in Bellingham, WA. She has been on staff at CTK for the last 15 years and has been involved in the Rock community for the past 6 years. When she's not working on Rock, you will find her spending time with her husband and 3 kids enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
David earned his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology: Networking from The University of Southern Mississippi, and began his career with Venture Church as a College Ministry Intern while in college. During that time, he volunteered to build an IT department for Venture Church. Volunteering shortly shifted to a career with Venture Church as the IT Director. David has been happily learning many new areas outside of his original career path and joyfully using his talents to further the Kingdom in any way that he can since.
I am a part of the IT Team at Central Christian Church. While my primary role is server and network administration, I also support our Rock installation, focusing on Workflows, Lava, Data Views and Reports. When not working, I enjoy woodworking, 3D printing, and hiking with my wife and two sons.
Eddie and his wife, Diane, came to Fellowship Greenville in 2001 after serving as missionaries for six years in Bolivia, South America. Although he has a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, his passion is not technology, but using technology as a tool for ministry. Eddie is dad to Rachel and Rebecca, who are both medical professionals.
Emily is a senior leader of Spark. She enjoys working with the Rock community and Rock Partners, and tackles many of the operational aspects of running a non-profit, as well as moderating the RockCast podcast. She is passionate about understanding and connecting people, taking on the hard projects, traveling with her family and changing the world one smile at a time.
Frank is the Technology Engineering Director at NewSpring Church and has worked there for 9 years. He and his wife, Meagan, have lived in Anderson, SC for the past 15 years and love spending time with their 4 kids. Frank is an avid home brewer, loves reading, and is learning how to be a ‘softball dad.’
Gerry is a developer at LCBC Church, where he is a plumber of Lava. He lives in Central PA with his wife and two daughters. They are all avid Disney fans. Gerry likes to use technology in creative ways to introduce more people to Jesus and together fully follow him.

I spent 14 years as a minister in the Oklahoma City and Houston areas before obtaining a Project Management certification moving to the Kansas City area and joining the IT Team at Grace Church in March of 2021. As Grace’s Church Management Systems Coordinator, I am blessed to now have an opportunity to support and advance all of Grace’s kingdom work across all their campuses.

Having been involved at Shepherd Church since he was young, Jeremy Czarnecki started working in the Information Systems department in 2003. Going from building websites to becoming the Executive Director of Operations where he oversees Maintenance, Accounting, and of course Information Systems, Jeremy Loves his work at Shepherd Church and he is always looking for ways Shepherd can help other churches.
Jim is the IT Manager at The Crossing, a multi-site church in the St. Louis area that has been running Rock in production since 2016 . Jim has been involved with the Rock community since the beginning, is a perennial RX presenter, and can be found hanging out in Rocket Chat looking for questions to answer almost 24x7 (yes, he needs therapy.)
Jon Edmiston is a senior leader of Spark, one of the core and original developers of Rock RMS, the technical architect, Rock community leader, and founding vision-caster of the Rock project. He approaches life with curiosity and a determination to deliver excellence. Connecting people through technology is just one of his passions, and he also carves out time to pursue karate and adventures with his family.
Jonathan is from Houston, Texas. He enjoys fishing, going out on the lake and automating his home with smart devices. Having previously worked for the family business, this is his first job at a church.
Kelly has a degree in Management and has been with LifeMission Church for 9 years. Prior to working for the church, she was in retail management and was a claims adjuster. Kelly loves time with her son and walking with women as they grow in their faith.

I love to solve problems. I also love to help people. Working as the IT Director for Northside Christian Church allows me to do both and further His kingdom at the same time. I learned a lot of my skills while in college for a degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering but then honed them quite a bit as a Cyber Intern for the Department of Homeland Security. I then spent four years as a Security Analyst before coming to work at Northside.
Lora currently serves as the Executive Assistant for Brookwood Church in Simpsonville SC, supporting the Senior and Executive Pastors. She has 15 years of ministry experience and has served with the leadership team for the last 4 years. Mark Moore joined the staff at Christ’s Church of the Valley (CCV) in Peoria, Arizona in 2012 as a teaching pastor. CCV is a multi-site church with over 30,000 in weekly attendance. Prior to joining the CCV team, Mark was a Professor at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri for 22 years. He is also the author and co-author of many books including Core52 and Quest52. His life passion is to make Jesus famous.

Marlene has a degree in Marketing and Management and has been with LifeMission Church for 18 years. Prior to working for the church, she owned a business for 10 years and raised two young men. Marlene currently serves in the Youth Ministry and loves camping with her dog, McGee.
Having served as a pastor in Arizona, and with a background in organizational design, development, and decision science, Matt is currently serving as the Executive Director of Ministry Innovation at Gloo.us. Gloo is a technology company helping organizations scale the growth of their people and has aligned with some of the most influential churches and networks in the world, helping inform outcomes and impact of ministries. Matt is a speaker, co-author, and considered a subject matter expert on Decision Science and Growth Engagement Strategy within the Church. The innovation division of Gloo.us is advancing the understanding of data-science, analytics, insights and platform designs within ministries. Matt continues to serve as a Research Fellow at Leadership Network.

Max spent his childhood in a Military family moving from state to state before settling in beautiful San Diego. He studied Business at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa before moving into the mortgage industry. The last few years he has found a passion for helping churches solve problems and refine their systems. He and his wife have three children together and they enjoy good food and all the fun things that come from living in San Diego.
I have been in my role, which mainly focuses on Rock, for about 18 months now and I absolutely love it! I have a bit of coding experience, but most of Rock I’ve learned through research, the community, and a lot of practice.
Prior to working at Woodmen Valley Chapel, Michelle worked in Project Engineering at Intel Corp. Michelle has been at
Woodmen for 15 years working with staff in Database Administration. She helps to equip staff with data extrapolation to
assist in various department needs.
Mike lives with his wife and three kids in small town Ida, MI where they just recently built a home. He loves sports and will do whatever he can to catch a Detroit Tigers game. He is a dual role Worship Pastor/Executive Pastor at Bedford Alliance Church. While he doesn’t hold the typical position or job title for someone who is involved with Rock, he loves computers and keeping up-to-date with the latest tech gadgets.
Recently taking a reduced role to provide more support to his special needs daughter, Miles still loves supporting technology needs in his church and cheering on the expanding Rock use among his coworkers.
Morgan is a 29-year-old, self-taught Rock nerd, working at Hillside Christian Church in Amarillo, Texas. Morgan has a passion for creating processes that are scalable and efficient so that ministries can have more time to serve the people. Automating away the mundane and creating more time for the relational work is Morgan’s cup of tea.
Myles started his career with a Big 4 consulting firm helping US Federal and Fortune 100 clients integrate, enhance and upgrade their supply chain systems. Now he enjoys leveraging the skills he learned there to further the mission at Traders Point, where he serves as Rock product owner and helps ministries access Rock's full potential. In his free time, Myles enjoys moonlighting as a specialist on the NFL's NextGen Stats project, travelling, trivia nights and Fortnite.
Peter serves as the Metric Analyst at Traders Point in Indianapolis. He loves serving the TPCC team by creating tools and processes that equip the church to utilize their data and resources for maximum Kingdom impact. He also enjoys connecting with other churches about ministry data, processes, and reporting. He and his wife Alyssa are proud Pit Bull parents. Peter also takes any opportunity to get outside and play golf or disc golf.
Randy has been at ONE&ALL since 2010 as IT Manager and in Church IT since 1996. He has been married to Jennifer since 1989 and has 2 adult kids, Kim and Nick. Since graduating from High School he knew that he would be using his gifts with technology in the ministry and furthering the gospel digitally. Who knew back then that Rock would make it so easy?
Scott is a native Texan who has escaped to the beautiful state of North Carolina. He loves working in his yard, and all things plants/flowers...yes flowers. He loves sports and his sports' loyalty lies with Clemson Football, the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars and The Texas Rangers. Scott is the father of five beautiful kids and the husband to the unmatched Lyn Ballard.
Sena has worked at Christ Fellowship Church for the past 16 years. She has held various roles, but 4 years ago she found her sweet spot with IT implementing and building out Rock. She loves pairing the flexibility of Rock with smart, strategic solutions to advance the Kingdom and to get ministries excited by leveraging these tools to care for and shepherd people better. Sena also loves hiking, quilting, and volunteering on the CF Writing Team.
As the Assistant IT Manager at The Crossing, I serve on a team working to enable technology's power in various ministry settings. My wife Michelle and I have been married for 17 years and have 4 children. I enjoy St. Louis Cardinals baseball and coffee roasting.
Joining the staff at Shepherd Church just out of high school in 2006 Stephen Cracium has been involved in the church since he was an infant. With both of his parents working and volunteering at the Church in different areas, Stephen continues the family legacy in the information systems department. Helping and empowering people to use technology to achieve their goals is the greatest perk of the Job and why he loves what he does.
Steve is a 20-year veteran in the background screening and child abuse prevention industry. Steve has helped thousands of churches implement best practices for screening and training staff and volunteers over the years with both of his companies, SecureSearch Comprehensive Background Checks and Safeguard from Abuse child abuse prevention training. Steve and his wife, Laura, live in sunny Florida and have 4 kids and 2 grandbabies. Steve and Laura also run a non-profit in Florida to help all Florida First Responders in need due to health or financial crises.
Steven has been the Database Administrator at Compass Christian Church since 2019. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in 2016 and has been working in the I.T. industry for over 12 years. When Steven is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Terri has been on staff at Trinity Fellowship since 2002. She has served in many areas of the church and is all about spreading God’s good news. She loves adventure and new and has stepped out on her greatest adventure being newly married.
Thomas was a Software Engineer for 7 years when he realized that sitting in an office for 8 hours a day writing code wasn’t doing it for him anymore. He really wanted to interact with people and problem solve more. Going to Northview to lead the migration to a new database system called Rock was a big risk, but it has been very rewarding. There is so much to do and sometimes it can be stressful, but he can honestly say that he loves what he does. The Rock community is great and Thomas loves solving ministry problems with a great tool!
Having lived in KS, CA, NJ, and PA, Tiffany moved to SC in 1998 with her husband, and it has been her home ever since. She started as the childcare director at Fellowship Greenville in 2006, and moved to the IT department in 2013 as a ministry assistant. Since that time, Tiffany has increased her knowledge of systems and is now the Rock admin for FG.
I have more than 35 years of expertise in standardizing business processes to support global information technologies effectively for fortune 100 companies. After retiring from Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, I surrendered to full-time gospel ministry where I can use my expertise to impact life-change stories.
Tim is an Apple fanatic, coffee drinker, and a tech junkie. He is passionate about serving the local church and helping others use technology to make an impact for the kingdom. Tim is currently the Communications Pastor at Highlands Fellowship, a multi-site church located in VA and TN.
Tina is married to a wonderful man (Chris) and they have 3 beautiful children, Alex (31), Jake (29) and Makayla (17). She has been programming in one language or another for almost 30 years and enjoys learning new things. So Rock and Lava have definitely been a way to do that!
With over 13 years ministry experience, and a background in website development and graphic design, Tina was excited to use her combined skills as the Rock Program Manager for Scottsdale Bible. Tina enjoys building relationships with ministry teams to understand specific needs and develop efficient solutions and training. She lives in Phoenix with her husband of 31 years near their 4 grown children and granddaughter. In her free time, Tina enjoys fictional writing, and landscape photography.
Tommy loves Jesus, his wife, kids, church and just life in general! Thankful for the opportunity to use technology every day, allowing people to know God better, find freedom, discover their purpose and make a difference with their lives. One of his personal phrases he loves to say is, “it’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood.”
In my role as Digital Ministry Manger I get wide diet of problem solving opportunities supporting various ministries. I strive to help teams ask better questions and make better decisions.
