You can find the Connections tools under People > Connections. This page provides an overview of your organization’s Connection Requests, grouped by Connection Opportunity and Connection Type. There are many ways to view a request. Pick between the list, grid or board formats to find the view that best fits your workflow. First, let's explore the available features on the Connections page. Type View - Filter the list by selecting which Connection Types are visible. Choose My Types to see only your active assignments, or All Types for a comprehensive view of every available type. Campus - Selecting a campus here will filter to show only requests from that campus. When you click on a Connection Type, the campus you select will automatically be applied as a filter when viewing the list of requests. Connection Type Configuration - Click the ti ti-settings icon to manage your Connection Types. Rock admins and those in the RSR – Connection Administration security role will have access to this. We’ll talk more about configuring connection types in the Configuring a Connection Type article.Assigned to Me - At a glance, see how many active requests are assigned to you for each Connection Type.Quick Stats - See the state of requests at a glance.ti ti-bolt Active Requests - The # of active requests in this type.ti ti-user-off Unassigned Requests - The # of requests yet to be assigned to a Connector.ti ti-calendar-due Due Soon Requests - The # of requests marked as Due Soon based on your Due Date Calculation settings set on the Connection Type.ti ti-exclamation-circle Overdue Requests - The # of requests marked Overdue based on your Due Date Calculation settings set on the Connection Type. Connection Views - Pick between the ti ti-layout-list List View, ti ti-layout-cards Board View, ti ti-table Grid View or the ti ti-chart-bar Operational Snapshot. Note when you click on the Board View or Grid View, it will take you to the first Opportunity for that type, whereas the List View takes you to a list showing all of the requests for the type. If you click on one of the view buttons (ti ti-layout-list, ti ti-layout-cards, ti ti-table or ti ti-chart-bar) you will head straight to that view, on the other hand if you click straight on the Connection Type, you will see the Connection Opportunities for that type. Connection Type Picker - Switch between different Connection Types without leaving the page. Opportunity View Picker - Filter the list to show My Opportunities or All Opportunities. This selection also updates the summary statistics at the top of the page. Campus Picker - Filter opportunities by a specific campus. By default, this matches the campus selected on the primary connections navigation page. View Requests - Click this to view requests for this type from the List View. Note that the settings you see apply here will be the last settings you had while viewing this type.Operational Snapshot - Open the Snapshot to view high-level metrics and trends for this specific Connection Type. Request Health Overview - View a real-time breakdown of request aging. Hover over the chart to see the specific number of requests that are On Track, Due Soon or Overdue based on the Connection Type settings. Don't forget, red means the ball has been dropped. Try to keep this chart as green as possible.New vs. Completed Requests - Track connection velocity by comparing the volume of incoming requests against those completed over the last 30 days.
