Universal Search results URL

Hi,

I've implemented Amazon's Elastisearch as a service and it seems to be working fine.  I created a page (ID=738) with a Universal Search block.  Under System Settings/Search Services/Universal Search screen, I set the value for Results URL field to be: universalsearch/{0}?SmartSearch=true

How does the system know to use page 738 for the search results ?  Thanks.

    Hello,

    I do not use it yet, but I believe the Smart Search is not used in conjunction with the Universal Search block.  The Smart Search ties into the existing search bar in the top right of the Rock internal site.  The Universal Search block lets you create your own custom search page that is filtered differently - for example, if you wanted to add Search functionality to your public website.
