Check in Attendances captured but seem to be deleted later

We are consistently seeing checkin attendances being deleted when using the rock check in app on iPad. 

Check in and out is working but when I check the database I cannot see any recorded attendances.

i set ‘add to group’ and that is showing people added today but none of the attendances for today are recorded in the database. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

    I responded to him via email, and we think at this time that the attendance was being deleted ( as you can in check in manager) and not that the person was being checked out.
