You can get an immediate response from the live community chat here: <a href="https://community.rockrms.com/chat" target="_blank">https://community.rockrms.com/chat</a></p><p>But if I understand your question, just go to the regular Group Viewer page and remove them from the group (by setting their status to Inactive or Archive them) so that they are no longer available to be selected from the Group Scheduler.</p><p>If they've previously been scheduled, and you just want to remove them from that schedule, just go to the Group Scheduler and drag them back into the available group members area to free up the slot.</p>
