Allow multiple campuses to share one group

Currently, a group can belong to only one campus through the group’s Campus property. Allowing a group to belong to multiple campuses would improve filtering in the Group Finder.

This could also help resolve another idea that has been posted: Campus Automation. In that scenario, a family’s primary campus may be reassigned when they check in to a group that meets at another campus. If a group could belong to multiple campuses, it could be associated with the appropriate campuses without requiring the family’s primary campus to change.
