Block Editing Problem with Custom Theme

I’ve got something odd with a custom theme which is only happening on one page and I wondered if anyone had any ideas or seen this before.  On the “My Account” page, when I go into Edit Block mode, only the buttons of [all] the HTML Blocks work.  All other block types on the page, the buttons fly out, but when I click any of them nothing happens.   When i change from a regular layout to Blank, they all work again. To me the oddest part is it’s just on this one page. Anyone seen anything like this before?

    I'm having similar issues so I've just changed themes using the theme switch url "/?theme=Flat" url while editing then using the /?theme= to see how it looks on the custom theme. I believe the issue is linked to missing css.

      Agreed, looks like I'm missing something with CSS. I'll try to drop the entire thing in Prepros and completely rebuild the CSS rather than hand edit the few things I did.

        Have you been able to find the missing css yet? I've been trying to figure itout on mine but so far have not been sucessful.
