Having problem asking Questions

Somehow I cannot ask questions anymore. 

Clicking the Ask Question button bring me back to the same screen.

What is happening?

    This question is possible, another with title
    "The resource cannot be found" error at start of Rock Install (on Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials)

      Are you still having issue with posting questions? If you think it's related to the length of your subject (or certain characters in the subject), can you please try to quantify the exact length it breaks, so we can enter is as a bug?

        Screen shot of the Question giving problems.  Earlier I did submit this question with several pasted screen shots and attached a log file, and that submission did not get posted either

        Using Firefox 46.0.1 browser.

        Question will only get posted if the Title is shorter.  E.g. by removing the phrase within brackets
