Family Analytics not properly updating

A staff member pointed out where one of our Junior High student's first check-in was 9/18 (created date also) and she checked into the same group last Sunday 9/25. Family Analytics updated Last Checked in to show last Sunday's date but the Times Checked in (16 weeks) only shows 1 when it should be 2. Also noticed it didn't update 1st time Visit date and 2nd time visit date (this option is set to yes in the job settings). Has anyone noticed anything similar? I manually ran it twice to see if it would update but it didn't. The group type is marked as a weekend service. The check-in group has a schedule and location. I'm not certain what else I should check, any ideas? This is in v5.3.

    It would be hard to find the issue without inspecting the data more. I do know what we have several criteria around being able to set the 1st and 2nd visit date. For instance if the record's creation date is older that we refrain from updating it as it's probably not their first visit, just first check-in.

      Thanks Jon. Do you have any ideas on what data I can check to see what it may be? Her record was created on 9/18/16 (Sunday) so it should have been marked as a first visit date since I have family analytics run every Sunday and Monday night

      We were able to track down an issue with two of the stored procedures used by the Family Analytics calculations. It will be corrected in an upcoming patch (v6.1).
