    Hi Ben,

Were you ever able to resolve this issue? We are having the same issue and it just appeared.

    Ben and Nate,

We were able to determine why we were getting this error.

To give some context, we are using Epson check scanners with the appropriate Ranger Driver. Our error was slightly different though: ERROR: Error parsing NaN value. Path ", line , position 1.

This wasn't a driver problem, but with permissions for the db account that was being used to login to the check scanner application. The user's account was not confirmed. When viewing the account in security --> user accounts the check box was not checked for Confirmed. This will render all permissions invalid unless it is checked.

Not sure if this will solve the same issue, but it seems quite similar.
