External Site Timing Out - Server Error 500

Is anyone else having issues with their external sites loading? Our environment is hosted in Azure but I've not had this issue until it was discovered by a user today. At first I suspected something with the Azure VMs loading slowly due to the Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities but I'm not having issues with the internal site.

After a long period of time the external site returns a server 500 "The request timed out. The web server failed to respond within the specified time."

This is happening from multiple devices and multiple users. I did install the update to Rock McKinley 6.10 yesterday afternoon, so it's possible it's related to that.

Is there any recommended troubleshooting I can do to help discern what's going on? I can roll back the update but I was hoping to get some help troubleshooting to narrow the issue down before doing so.

    Is it a single page, or any page on the external site? My first thought is that you may have a very intensive block that's taking too long to run.

    Hello, so it was just one page, so that theory could be so. After another day the issue cleared itself up so I believe it may have been a VM issue. Thanks!
