PushPay Integration

Hello,

We are currently in the process of integrating PushPay with Rock, but we are having a problem with the process being unsuccessful. We have been troubleshooting on our end with PushPay and according to their system the credentials are working properly. Our current issue is that no merchants is listed under our account, therefore we are unable to configure the funds. Does anyone know why this is?

    HI Yeski, make sure that your Account Name and API Client Id are correct on the Pushpay Accounts page and match the values that Pushpay provided to you. This is usually under Admin Tools -> Installed Plugins.  If they are correct have you tried using the Refresh Merchant Listings and Funds function from that page?  

    Otherwise you will need to continue to coordinate and troubleshoot with their support team.
