I'm trying to create a Trigger that sends an email to our Communications group when someone's email preference is set to "Do Not Email", which is 2 in the data. The trigger never seems to fire. The workflow that sends the email runs if I just press ">", so I don't believe it is a workflow issue. If I set the trigger to fire on Post-Save for Entity Type = Person and no other criteria, it works. If I add Entity Type Qualifier Column = EmailPreference and OrValueIs = 2, it never seems to fire. Thoughts/Suggestions?
