Can't access admin dashboard

I'm brand new to Rock and already having issues. When I log in, I don't see the Rock homepage with all of the tools on the left side. I only see my user profile. What am I missing?

    Login and change the url to /Page/12 will get you into the internal page if you have access.  Then you’ll need to figure out what sub domain you set up/need to set up so you can get their directly

    Are you logging into your internal site?

    I guess not. Man I feel dumb but how do I do that? I tried going in through our server but no luck.

    I have a subdomain set up already. I did try what you suggested, though, and it says I'm not authorized to access that page and to contact the site administrator. I AM the site admin! Ugh. This is so frustrating.

    Ok nevermind! YAY! I used my subdoman/page/12 and it worked! Thank you Kevin!!

    No problem. You shouldn’t need to the page number if you go to the sub domain pointing at your internal rock site. You might want to go to cns settings and check the site settings.
