We're currently in the process of switching to Rock from our old CHMS.

I've set up Rock to print from the iPad checkin app to our Zebra ZD420 printer over wifi. When I try to print using the iPad app, an alert pops up saying "No labels were found for that selection." Any idea how to fix this? Do I need to somehow assign a specific label to print when someone from a certain group is checked in?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
