Inactivated Records:

When pulling reports of inactivated records, where do I find the inactivated date?

The date that they were specifically marked as Inactive is not stored in Rock. However, Rock does store the last date that their Record Status was changed (to anything). So if they're inactive records, this date should represent when they were changed to that status.
In your report, look for a Person Field of "Record Status Last Modified Date Time" to show this date/time.
