error installing plug-ins from rockshop after upgrade to v14

see error below.  any ideas?

    We have the same errors with Room Management emails after updating to 13.7

    I'm getting the same error when installing a package from the RockShop.  It happens in both my dev/prod environment.  Any ideas?
