Nextgen Check in - screen not compatible with our ipads?

We have some 6th generation Ipads at our check in kiosk. I tried to run Nextgen check in but the buttons are overlapped and we cannot proceed through the check in process because of this. Are there any ways to adjust the scaling of the theme?

If this is still an issue, I would recommend checking that you’re using a Next Gen specific theme. Rock will have one Next Gen theme out of the box you can use. If you have other themes created, they will need to be remade to be compatible for Next Gen. Hope this helps!
