I assume you're just wanting to test Rock, because usually you should install it on an always-connected server rather than on a laptop (you can then access the pages using any browser that can connect to the server).</p><p>A screenshot of what the page currently looks like would help us understand what's happening. But at minimum, I know that when you install IIS on client versions of Windows, it often doesn't install the capability to show static content (like image, javascript, and css files).
