HTML email images not loading

I may be missing something easy here but non of the images are loading on the honk emails being sent out. Also, the login page logo and color are no longer loading. What am I doing wrong here

Ok... I've been looking into this. May have found the reason for the problem but am still not finding a solution. We are using a gmail associated email address for our sending communication address. Apparently google uses a proxy server to access all the images in html message that go through its smtp servers. Anyone know a way around this?

Keith,
I'd really recommend looking at using Mandrill instead of Gmail. It's very easy to configure. More info here: http://www.rockrms.com/Rock/BookContent/8/48#integrations
