Giving Analytics Campus Graph By

Hi

Does anyone know how to get Campus info in the Giving Analytics Graph

It currently shows "None" in the campus column

    I think that column is indicating the campus of the _accounts_, not the "givers" and it looks like your Tithes account is not associated to any campus? (or maybe you have a campus named "None" and your Tithes account is associated to that.)

    To break out giving by campus you would need to create separate accounts for each campus (we use General - Campus 1, General - Campus 2, etc), associate each account with its campus, and of course associate the collections from each campus to its correct account.

      Hi Jim. Thanks for the response. Yes it's not currently associated to any campus.


      If we had say 100 campuses we would have to create 100 tithe accounts . I assumed the grouping would be done in a similar way to the way metrics are done I.e. You can group by campus in the same metric.


      Then you just need 1 tithe account and each campus would be automatically grouped

        Not sure I'm tracking... An account can only be associated to one campus, so by definition if you want to show giving per-campus you need Accounts that are tied to each campus. You seem to be wanting to break down the giving based on the giver's' campus, which is not what that block does. I could be wrong, but I think most multi-campus churches have separate accounts for their campus giving, just for numbers tracking in the GL and reporting.
