Ministry Platform

Can Rock RMS integrate with Ministry Platform? MP is not able to track serving hours in a way that works for us. Rock RMS was recommended, but I can only pursue it if the info from it can integrate with Ministry Platform.

There's no "integration" with Rock and MP, and in fact the products really try to do many of the same things (if in different ways). Rock would not be a good fit to integrate with Ministry Platform as it would duplicate many of the things you're already doing in MP (especially people data) and would likely just cause duplication of effort and confusion. Volunteer scheduling (which is what I assume you mean by serving hours) is also currently not part of Rock, so it just doesn't look like a good fit for your use case.
