Email outside our network

I am trying to send e-mail outside our network. All people who are in our office can receive the emails I send but no one who has an e-mail address that is not @mesabaptistchurch.org. Below is the error I get. How do I fix this?

    Hello.

    I think this is an issue in your Exchange server configuration. It looks like your Exchange server will need a receive connector configured to relay emails from a particular IP address (your Rock server).

    Hi Jackie,

    There merely needs some configuration on your mail server.  Which mail server system are you using, and are you able to make adjustments to the configuration?
