UnsubscribeOption not showing up

Hi,

When I insert the  UnsubscribeOption in an email template, no ling shows up when the preson recives the email.  We have not changed the default emal communcation channel setting/html.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Keith,

    When you send the email, is "Bulk Communication" checked?  (Find that to the upper right of the New Communication page just under the recipient list.)

    In my testing the "Unsubscribe" link only appears if that box is checked - this is in version .12 Beta.
