Does Rock checkin support numeric-only security codes

We use digital pager screens at all of our campuses that only display numbers, not alphabetic characters. I have heard the Rock RMS only supports checkin security/paging codes that are alphanumeric (mixed number and letters).

1. Is this true?

2. Is there a workaround to get a numeric security code printed on a parent tag that we could use to page the parent during service?

    1. No. It used to be true, but numeric-only codes were added an an option in v6.4. www.rockrms.com/releasenotes is a great way to keep up with the rapid changes happening in Rock!
