Installing to Wordpress Site

I just downloaded the zip file to my MacBook and I have no clue how to upload the file to Wordpress. Every time I upload trough my new plugin page I am told the file isn't compatible. Please help!

Hi Vincent,
Rock requires a .Net capable hosting provider, and is otherwise not compatible directly with Wordpress as a WP Plugin. Many churches are benefitting from Microsofts generous $5K/year Azure grant, available to nonprofits through Techsoup. There are also other hosting providers and service providers that offer support....
