Special Character Printing on labels

After my resent update to 8.5 my Zebra GK420t printer does print special character (é) on my check-in labels. It did print it before.

Is there a setting to correct this?

I did reinstall the font to the printer without success.

Perfect. You should be able to get them (any extended character) to work by making sure that ^CI28 is in the ZPL configuration line (instead of ^CI0), and updating to the newest Windows Check-in client app if you're using PCs. On 8.5 you can simply re-save your labels with the "Force Expanded Character set (UTF-8)" checkbox selected and Rock will do the replacement.

Let me know if you need more help.
