Sending SMSs from outside USA (based in Namibia)

Hallo Everyone

We are a small church based in Namibia and is considering ROCK. I see ROCK can send SMSs. Is this only for USA clients? How would sending SMSs work for non-USA countries?

Rock uses Twilio's API to send and receive SMS messages, so you would be able to send messages to/from any country that they support. Unfortunately it doesn't look like Twilio supports two-way SMS in Namibia according to this page on their website: https://www.twilio.com/guidelines/na/sms.
