Data View: NOT in a Group

Is there is any way to have a data view that identifies those who are not in a certain group?

EDIT: Ken Roach answered this here McKinley 2.0 will have a feature to do this.

    Arran - I've submitted an enhancement request/suggestion to add this. I'll ask and answer a way to get people not in a small group.
