Background Check w/ Protect My Ministry Not Working

We use Protect My Ministry already as a Background Check provider, and I ran a test check on myself (in live mode).  It's been three weeks with no result, so I'm assuming something went wrong.  Here's what the workflow looks like:

It looks like my background check was submitted, but it doesn't show up in the "Pending" area of Protect My Ministry.  Should the check show up in the Protect My Ministry web interface?  Has anyone else successfully run a check?  Thanks!

    I ran into something similar and it turns out the problem was with Protecy My Ministry.   Call them and ask if the test you ran went through.  I waited three days on my test and then started with a chat with a tech at PMM.   They had set up our account to use their website instead of Rock.  They knew how to fix and did so within 30 minutes.   Afterwards I ran a check on myself and the result came back within 3 hours!   The process works well as set up now but we are going to incorporate getting the SSN in our Application for Ministry form and have it launch the Background Check workflow after they submit the App for Ministry.
