Child Check-In

Is the feature that allows child check-in working to report to the family attendance history?

We have been using check-in very successfully for about 3 months now, but I'm noticing that non of the attendance is showing up on the profile page under "Families attendance over the past months graph?"

Is there something I should be doing?

    Hey Austin, how are the groups you are checking into set up? Did you use the check-in config screen to create them all?

      I am not 100% sure, how do I check to see if I did that? Is there a specific part of the manual that explains how to config them that way?

        Hey Austin,

        You should be able to look at the group types either through the group viewer or through General Settings: Group Types.  Here is what you should look for, copied this response from David Turner on a similar thread (http://www.rockrms.com/page/434?question=477):

        The badges only use attendance linked to groups who's group type has a purpose of 'Check-in Template' or 'Check-in Filter' or the group type inherits from a group type with one of these purposes.

        This query would show the group's who's attendance is included in the badges:

        SELECT * FROM dbo.ufnCheckin_WeeklyServiceGroups()
