How edit Ad content with HTML editor

Is there any way to turn on the HTML editor for the Ad content?

I can cut and paste between an external HTML editor (e.g. http://bestonlinehtmleditor.com/), but it would be easier if it could be toggled on and off, in the same way that it can be in other HTML blocks.

You can do this by editing the Content Channel :

Click Edit, then change the Content Control to HTML.
