Unsubscribe Note

When someone goes to the unsubscribe page and chooses "I am no longer involved with (your church name)" it gives them the option to provide a comment. Where is the comment saved?

I just had a look at the block's code and it looks like it saves it in the person's Review Reason Note.

Where does that go on their record?

Hi Jeremy,

The note goes into the field visible after setting the record as Inactive. Note the attached photo... I hope that helps!

Yeah, I just tested ours and it still won't display the info.

I think there's an issue on 3.4, try turning them back to active and inactive

It probably is fixed in 4.0 but without SMTP Relay setup, I can't test it. Re-activating the account still gives the same problem in 3.4.
