Does Rock 4.0 have a data import feature? Will Excavator support Rock 4.0?

Does Rock 4.0 have a data import feature, or is Excavator still the best bet for data import.

Also wondering if Excavator will be made to support Rock 4.0?

    There's nothing specific in 4.0 regarding new ways to import data. I know there is much discussion among the developer community as to how to improve import/migrations, but those projects will take time. I can't speak for th Excavator devs but I imagine it will be updated. That said, even if Excavator isn't updated you can always import to 3.4 then upgrade Rock.

      I have just tried testing importing into 4.0 using Excavator running 1.3.4 dll and got this error. From the Excavator github page it also sounded like that there are some 4.0 specific changes that is going to be relased together with Rock 4.0. So I'm not sure if we need to wait for the official update for Excavator before it can import directly into Rock 4.0.
