Email Formating

I'm using the new Email Builder.  I'm trying to create a template that has photos and text.  When I view the email on a desktop, the email doesn't populate the entire email window (text runs further than the photo above it).  However, viewing the email on my phone, the email correctly takes up the entire window and the text wraps as appropriate.  How do I get the text to wrap appropriately in a desktop view?

    What blocks are you using, I haven't seen this issue, we used a text block in each place we wanted text.

    I have an image block with at text block underneath.  I've had to adjust the size of the image because it was too large.  It's about 600x400. Not sure if that makes a difference.
