Once your media is in Rock, you need to give people a way to watch it. Rock offers a couple of ways to publish, so you can pick what fits your site. Through Content Channel Items - The common path. Rock can create a Content Channel Item automatically whenever a new media element is added to a folder, or you can add media by hand by giving a content channel an Item Attribute of type Media Element and setting it on an item. Either way you publish with the content tools you already use.
