The Data Analyst Associate is a key role within the data and analytical operations of The Church of Eleven22®. This is an opportunity to gain valuable data analytics experience working within a fantastic team.


Conduct statistical analysis, visualizations and trend reporting in Microsoft Power BI

Ensure The Rock RMS, Church Metrics and online data sources are accurate and up-to-date

Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI

Design, develop and maintain standard and custom reports in Rock RMS

Work with Data Systems Specialist and Rock Optimization Specialist on project deliverables

Support the training of users to access the Microsoft Power BI dashboards and promote their self-service for common questions

Proactively utilize data to recognize and communicate trends, anomalies and potential areas of concern 

Monitor and perform regular maintenance, data integrity testing and data output Q/A to ensure information is current and accurate

Attend meetings as pertinent to the Data Analyst Associate role

Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent work experience

Experience with technology and techniques used for data extraction

Experience in data analytics, statistics or predictive analytics 

SQL or similar programming experience

Power BI or Tableau experience is preferred


This is a full-time, in-office position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday thru Friday, 9am-5pm. Hours can vary depending on church needs. The church has several big events, (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing, installation and computer work are expected. This would require the ability to lift, bend or stand as necessary.


The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
