What

This recipe will show you how to:

Temporarily change a persons Elevated Security Level so that you can impersonate them. This is accomplished via a workflow that will automatically restore the Elevated Security Level to its original value.

Why

As an admin I have two competing needs in relation to staff and volunteers with access to our internal Rock Portal.

I need to be able to impersonate these users on a regular basis for debugging/testing purposes.
I would like to Disable Usage of Personal Tokens for these users via the Security Settings Page.

Unless I temporarily change my security settings on my site every time, I want to impersonate a user (and try to remember to set it back) I can not accomplish these two goals simultaneously.
