How To Setup

1. Go to the General Settings | Workflow Configuration 
2. Add a new HTML block above the Workflow Type Detail
3. Add the code from the file at the bottom of this recipe (Make sure the Enabled Lava Commands is enabled on the block)
4. Enjoy!
