Background Checks in Pennsylvania

So my favorite state recently took a step in the wrong direction putting in some overreaching, big brother, big government, we control how your church operates and will find you and press charges again your leaders if you step out of linee sort of laws (sorry for my political rant). Anyway now protect my ministry had to add a new package for my state called PA153. 

Today as I was about to test our integration I noticed the only two options where Plus and Basic. After talking to one of their support people we decided to add "PA153" as an option in the "type" attributes in the background check workflow.

When I submitted my first request they never received it. Their team is considering the possible issues on their side but I wanted to ask the community if me making this change could have caused the issue. I assumed at first this was just a value that was submitted to them, but now am wondering if it's not more.

    Okay I asked prematurely. As i submitted the question I got a call back. PMM explained that the template needed for the PA check is submitted to the Rock development team and will be added eventually. They set my account to manual dispatch so whenever I submit a request one of their reps manually changes it from Plus or PA153 and makes sure everything works that way. 

    I removed he PA153 option I added and am moving forward.

    On a side note: Thanks development team for all the hard work you guys put in! Sometimes when things aren't working they way we want we forget that Rock is extravagantly free! :-)

      Such a great final note there DJ! It's easy to fall into just wanting things fixed or explained and not realizing the INSANE amount of work the Core Team is putting in almost 24hrs a day! Thanks for the reminder!
