Have you read the install guide to make sure your host meets all the prerequisites for installing Rock? Based on those errors it looks like at a minimum the server is not running the right version of .NET (or none at all) and the installer does not have write access to the web servers file system.

Thanks Jim, I called my hosting company, GoDaddy.com & they have updated .NET. I still get the first error. He told me the AppPool can not be altered in a shared hosting like I have. No permission to access the advanced settings. Settings are the same for all customers. What are my options?

You shouldn't need to make changes to the AppPool itself. You need to give the AppPool access to the folders. You should be able to do it through your cPanel or whatever GoDaddy uses. It should be similar to this. http://www.rockrms.com/Rock/BookContent/3/45#settingpermissions

Thanks Kelly...  I'm now to this point. GoDaddy says my  MS SQL database has unlimited space, but the Rock error says it's only 200MB... Derick
