I'm kind of new to this, so please excuse my questions.

I setup my account and downloaded my start.aspx file.

I placed it into my root folder, but every time I go to my domain, "www.hickoryfirst.church/start.aspx" it says "Page Cannot be found". I am using Google Chrome on a Mac. Am I unable to set this up via Mac or Google Chrome?

I'm at a rut and don't know where to go from here. Some help would be much appreciated!
