Checkin Out

Hello,

 

I'm new to Rock RMS and I'm trying to understand a few things.  Can anyone help me on knowing how to check out a person.  I have configure various rooms for check in some of then are for Infants, the check in process run smooth, but what about if a parent need to check out a child at any time.  I can't find instructions on the check out process.

     Just to clarify, you're asking about how to allow parents to retrieve their children and take them home, right?

     

    My understanding is that is an optional feature which will be added to future Rock versions, but which is not available yet. Presently you can only check in people, and they are automatically checked out of the system after the service ends (according to the schedule you set).

     

    So the check out process many churches are using is a manual "handing-over-the-receipt to a ministry staff/volunteer person and having them verify the codes match before releasing the child" process.

    Thanks for the info, that is exactly what I was asking for.  It will be excellent to have a check out process integrated soon.  Thank you for your answer.

      No. I believe there was some talk at the recent Rock conference that it's being developed by a specific church, but no ETA that I heard.

      I Installed rock and it looks like a great tool but without the check out we cannot not use rock, as check out is a critical part we need.

      Any way we can get it moved up to get it moving and figure out If anyone is working on it?  I thought one church was actually working on it.....

      Also when is 6 going to be able to be downloaded?
