We have Connections configured with specific Serving Teams as Placement Groups.  In spite of this configuration, the Connection Request Detail for a live connection request DOES NOT reflect the previously specified Placement Group(e.g., "No Group Assigned").  How do I get the placement group designation to be reflected in the connection request without having to edit the connection request?
