0 Adult Attendance 3 Jack Arnett posted 8 Years Ago Attendance is taken at our small church (~120) via a spreadsheet by someone at the back of service. Is there an option in Rock RMS to see a list of members and attenders without going through the check-in client? This question was posed 2 years ago and there was rumored to be a fix coming at the time. Can anyone tell me if this is the case? I am re-posting the original so eloquently penned by Adam Mosely."Adult Attendance Tracking - OK folks, this shouldn't be this hard. We are a new, small church, and we want to keep track of who shows up each week. I've searched through the manuals and the forums. Can someone please tell me how to do the following: 1. The Jones family and Smith family come to church on Sunday and we want to record their attendance (without requiring them to check in at a kiosk). 2. We make note of their attendance manually to be recorded in Rock later. 3. On Monday, our administrator records the adult attendance for the week (preferably by checking some boxes next to each person in attendance). This seems like a basic function that a lot of churches would want (and that other church management systems have), but I don't see a way to do it in Rock. Is there a basic attendance recording functionality for a group? Another scenario would be to keep track of who attends a home group (again without requiring them to check in). The group leader could simply go to Rock after the group was over and check the boxes by everyone who checked in. Maybe the functionality is in there and I'm missing it, but trying to use the (somewhat over-engineered) check-in system to accomplish this is frustrating beyond belief. Please help."
Michael Garrison 8 years ago Go to your attendance group in Group Viewer- on the right side at the bottom of the group header (that is, above the list of members), is a checkbox button- click that and you'll go to the list of members to mark them as present.
