Server Connection Failing

Hello,


We are attempting to set up Rock RMS with our server, but during the install process, we are running into system errors and failures. We have read through your documentation manuals, done everything it's asking, but still experiencing failure. Would be nice to have a phone number to call for help with initial install.

    Hi Roger- I would encourage you to either join the Rock slack channel and try to get some help from the community there or to reach out to one of the partners to help you get the install completed (for a fee).
