Check-in Merge Fields

Hey Y'all,


I 'm currently working on our Kids Check-in Labels and I'm running into an issue where my merge fields aren't being recognized when I use a font other than one of the Zebra fonts. The alternate font prints just fine out of the ZebraDesigner2. We can't figure out why the merge fields aren't recognized.


Any help would be appreciated!

    Did you actually install the alternate font into the printer?

    Hey Jim,

    We've followed the documentation from both Zebra and Rock walking through those.

    By "Not Recognized", do you mean that when you upload the prn file, the merge fields don't show up as a dropdown in Rock?
