We are currently running Rock RMS 6.10 with the Statement Generator plugin and Statement Generator 1.7.

All of the current Lava Templates output a PDF in the A4 page size.  Is there anyway to change this to Letter?

I have searched through the code for the statement generator and the lava templates and am unable to located a location to change.
