Event Registration Confirmation Email Not Sending

Is there a reason why a specific event registration would not be sending the confirmation email out?


We have a registration that has stopped sending the confirm email. Previously it was working just fine and it looks like around the v7 update that registration stopped sending that email.

    I have found that if I do not have a both the "contact" and "contact email" filled in I do not receive confirmation emails either. Once I populate those fields inside the registration instance I start receiving confirmation emails again. Hope that helps. Initially one of my events worked, then it randomly stopped and I noticed these fields went blank. Couldn't say why, but hope that helps.
